-
Cultivation: It requires warmth and sunny exposure. It prefers a soil rich in humus and that remains cool.
-
Uses: Essential in Japanese cuisine, it offers complex flavors mixing notes of mint, cumin and lemon balm. It is rich in antioxidants and has anti-inflammatory properties.
-
Biodiversity: Its late flowering in spikes provides an interesting resource for pollinators at the end of the season.
Our prices: For each of our plants, we offer 2 prices. The base price corresponds to the average price you would find in a garden center. The support price (+1€) values the work behind our plants: heirloom seeds, peat-free compost — because elsewhere, peat bogs are destroyed to fertilize your plants —, plants sown, pricked out and lovingly cared for by our hands, and zero import-export.
Whatever your choice, it's a good choice!
