This variety of parsley is distinguished by its very compact habit and extremely deep green, curly foliage.

• Cultivation: It prefers light, fertile, and cool soil. It can be grown in the ground or in pots. Seed germination is often slow and requires patience.

• Uses: Widely used as a garnish or chopped in many culinary preparations. It is particularly rich in vitamins A and C, as well as iron.

• Biodiversity: If left in place for the second year, it will flower and attract many beneficial insects (such as hoverflies) that help control aphids.
